Every withdrawal requires a confirmation code sent to your registered email address, and then passes a manual review before release.
Identity verification
Identity checks must be complete before a first withdrawal is released. This protects your account against someone else claiming it.

Frequently asked questions
Is Luxivest regulated?
No. Luxivest does not currently hold a financial services licence, and no regulator supervises or approves the service. The full position, including the company identity and any pending applications, is published on the regulatory position page.
Is my money protected if Luxivest fails?
There is no deposit guarantee and no investor compensation scheme. What would happen to customer assets depends on the custody and wind-down arrangements, which are published on the custody page — including the parts still to be confirmed.
What will I be charged?
Every category of charge that can arise is listed in a single table on the fees page, with the basis of the charge and when it is taken. If a charge is not on that page, it will not be taken without advance notice.
Are the returns shown guaranteed?
No. No figure on this site is guaranteed. Plans publish a return methodology explaining how any figure is arrived at, rather than a headline percentage presented as a promise.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Every withdrawal passes through a published review process: email confirmation code, manual review, verification and source-of-funds checks, then release. Typical processing times and the circumstances that can cause a hold are set out on the deposit and withdrawal page.
Who can open an account?
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, opening the account for yourself, able to complete identity verification, and resident in a country the service is offered in.
How do I close my account?
Request closure in writing from your registered email address. Open plans must reach the end of their term or be exited, the remaining balance is withdrawn to a verified destination in your own name, and records are kept for the period anti-money-laundering law requires.
How do I complain?
Use the complaints procedure. It sets out who handles the complaint, what happens at each stage, and the timescales you should expect.
