How to read this
The table below lists every category of charge that can arise. Charges that go to a third party, such as blockchain network fees, are marked as such — we do not receive them and we cannot control them.
We will not introduce a new charge, or increase an existing one, without giving you advance notice by email and the opportunity to withdraw and close your account first.

- We do not charge for viewing your own portfolio or transaction history.
- We do not charge for downloading monthly or tax-year statements.
- We do not charge for contacting support.
- We do not take a commission that is not listed on this page.
