Key information before you register

Everything on this page is information you should have before you create an account, not after. It is deliberately in one place so you do not have to hunt for it. Nothing here is invented: where a detail has not been confirmed by Luxivest, it is marked as outstanding.

This section is not yet complete. Several commercial details below have not yet been finalised and are shown as placeholders. Until it is completed, treat the information on this page as incomplete and ask us directly before relying on it.

3. Are assets held separately from company assets?

This is the single most important question to ask any platform.

Segregated from company assets
Yes.
How the arrangement works
Client cryptoassets and fiat balances are held in dedicated omnibus client accounts at the custodian, recorded separately from Luxivest’s own corporate assets and reconciled daily.
Insurance over held assets
Crime and custody insurance of up to $50,000,000 in aggregate over assets held in cold storage by the custodian.

4. Wallet and custodian arrangements

Wallet and key management
Approximately 95% of client assets are held in offline cold storage under multi-signature control, with a smaller hot wallet used only for day-to-day withdrawals.
Custodian jurisdiction
Wyoming, United States
Published wallet addresses
To be confirmed: published wallet addresses

5. Who has trading authority

Who may trade your holdings
Luxivest’s investment committee, acting under a discretionary mandate, within the risk limits of each published plan.

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USDT (TRC-20)
  • USDC (ERC-20)
  • Bank wire transfer (USD)
Minimum deposit
$250
Maximum deposit
$500,000 per transaction

Deposits must come from a source in your own name. Third-party payments are returned.

7. Withdrawal limits and the review process

Withdrawal methods
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USDT (TRC-20)
  • USDC (ERC-20)
  • Bank wire transfer (USD)
Minimum withdrawal
$50
Daily limit
$50,000
Monthly limit

Every withdrawal passes through these steps

  1. You submit a withdrawal request from your account.
  2. A six-digit confirmation code is emailed to your registered address and must be entered.
  3. The request is queued for manual review by the operations team.
  4. Identity verification status and source-of-funds records are checked.
  5. Once approved, the transfer is released to your nominated destination.

8. Processing times, delays and holds

Typical deposit crediting time
Cryptoasset deposits are credited after network confirmations (typically 10–60 minutes). Bank wires clear in 1–3 business days.
Typical withdrawal processing time
Within 24 hours of approval on business days
Daily cut-off
4:00 PM ET on business days

A withdrawal can be delayed when

  • Identity verification is incomplete or documents have expired.
  • The withdrawal destination has not previously been used and requires confirmation.
  • The request triggers an anti-money-laundering review.
  • A court order, regulator direction or law enforcement request applies to the account.
  • Blockchain network congestion or an outage at a payment partner.
  • The account has an unresolved chargeback or dispute.

9. Network and third-party charges

On-chain transfers carry a blockchain network fee set by the network itself, not by Luxivest. It changes with congestion, it is deducted from the amount transferred, and Luxivest does not receive it. Payment partners and your own bank may apply separate charges, which are shown before you confirm a transaction.

10. Closing your account

  1. Request closure in writing from your registered email address, or from the Support page.
  2. Any open investment plans must reach the end of their term or be exited, subject to the exit terms of that plan.
  3. Your remaining balance is withdrawn to a verified destination in your own name.
  4. Records are retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering law, then deleted.
How long closure takes
Within 10 business days of the final withdrawal

11. What happens if Luxivest stops operating

Wind-down plan
Because client assets are segregated at the custodian, in a wind-down they would be returned to clients or transferred to a successor custodian; they do not form part of Luxivest’s estate.
Compensation scheme
None. There is no deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme behind your balance.

12. Who can open an account

Minimum age
18 years
